Filing a claim



Xzilon® takes customer service very seriously. That’s why we offer two convenient ways to file a claim for damage to your covered vehicle.


To expedite your claim request, the following information is needed.

  1. -Our Xzilon®contract number (or VIN number of your vehicle)
  2. - The date the damage occurred (or the date you first noticed the damage)
  3. – location and description of damage (bird droppings on lower left of front hood)
  4. - The type of damage to your vehicle (paint, fabric, glass, dent, etc.)
  5. - The current mileage on your vehicle
  6. – Pictures of damage and Vin#
